Csv2Email turns a Klaviyo email template into a spreadsheet you can fill in, then turns that spreadsheet back into ready-to-review Klaviyo campaigns — up to five at once. Here’s the whole workflow.
Install from the Klaviyo Marketplace
Find Csv2Email in Klaviyo’s App Marketplace and click Install. You’ll be brought straight into the app — no separate account to create.
Approve the connection
Klaviyo will ask you to approve the permissions Csv2Email needs (reading templates, lists, and segments; creating campaigns and images). Approve to continue.
Pick a template
On the home page, find the drag-and-drop template you want to build new emails from and choose “Export” (or open it and download from there).
Download the CSV
You’ll get a spreadsheet (CSV) with one column per editable piece of that template — headlines, body text, button labels, images — pre-filled with the template’s current content, plus any images it currently uses. Open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet tool.
Each row in the spreadsheet becomes one email. Fill in up to five rows:

Upload your folder
Go back to the template’s Build page and choose the folder containing your edited CSV and any images. Csv2Email checks everything and shows you a preview of each row before anything is created in Klaviyo.
Choose each email’s audience
For every row, pick at least one Klaviyo list or segment to send it to. This is the one thing you set in the app rather than the spreadsheet, since it’s a checklist rather than a single value.
Confirm & Build
Csv2Email creates one Klaviyo campaign per row, each containing a copy of your original template with your content written in.
Every campaign Csv2Email creates is left as an unsent draft. Open each one in Klaviyo to double-check it, set your sender details, and schedule or send it — Csv2Email never sends a campaign for you.
You can disconnect Csv2Email from your Klaviyo account at any time from the “Disconnect Klaviyo” button on the home page. This removes the app’s access and deletes the template information it had stored for your account.
